I wanted to see how incumbent Representative Joe Atkins rated on Abortion issus, and I was not surprised by the results. Here is how he rated each of the last two years.
2009 Representative Atkins supported the interests of the Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life 0 percent in 2009.
2008 Based on a point system, with points assigned for actions in support of or in opposition to Minnesota Citizens Concerned for Life's position, Representative Atkins received a rating of 0.
